And believe me when I say that I’m glad I have you in my life. You’re one of my favorite people in the entire world and I love you like a graff head loves freights. I remember when I saw you in a much different way. Before we got to know one another and it takes a real women to put her pride aside to befriend someone who foolishly judged her at one point in time. I was friends with your ex then… held him too close to ever want to let you in but times change a lot of shit and we just spent a few days together soaking in all the madness we once lived. People come and go I’ve accepted that some friendships don’t last thru every winter but i’m hoping it’s different with us. You stand there with your girlish giggle and your gangster mentality and I want you and Michelle to stay because not too many people get me the way you do.

So i’m at work right? And you’re at SXSW. And I miss you. And I respect what you do as an after school teacher and i think you’re gonna change a lot of kids’ lives someday and that makes me proud.
